Backup peace of mind for your Supabase stack

The essentials — done right. No agents, no complicated infra.

Backups to your own Google Drive

Files are uploaded to the Google Drive you connect, under a supabackups folder. We never store your data on our servers.

Schedules that fit your app

Weekly on Free, daily on Pro. Configure once and your Supabase database is captured automatically.

Least-privilege Drive access

Supakeep only sees files it creates. It can't read, edit, or delete anything else in your Drive.

Clear run status

The dashboard shows the latest run and message for every job, so you always know what needs attention.

20-second setup

Sign in, connect Drive, paste your Supabase URI. That's the whole onboarding.

Retention on autopilot

Keep the latest 7, 14, or 30 backups — or every single one. You're in control.

FAQ

Short answers before you connect anything.

Who is Supakeep for?+

Small and medium Supabase projects — indie hackers, side projects, early-stage SaaS, and small teams. If your database fits comfortably on a Supabase Pro plan and you don't have a dedicated DevOps person to build a backup pipeline, Supakeep is for you.

How big can my database be?+

Supakeep is optimized for databases up to a few tens of GB — the sweet spot for most small and medium projects. Larger, enterprise-scale databases with sharding and continuous replication are out of scope.

Where are my backup files stored?+

Backup files are uploaded to the Google Drive account you connect. The backup runner writes them under a supabackups folder path for each backup job. We never store copies on our infrastructure.

What does Supakeep need from me?+

You sign in, connect Google Drive, and add the Supabase database URI for the project you want backed up. That's it — usually under 20 seconds.

What Google permission is requested?+

Supakeep only gets access to files it creates in your Google Drive. It cannot read, edit, or delete your other Drive files.

Is it really free?+

Yes — Supakeep is free while we're in beta, with no credit card and no artificial limits. Perfect for validating your side project without adding another monthly bill.

Can I control how many backups are kept?+

Yes. Keep the latest 7, 14, or 30 backups — or keep everything by disabling auto-delete. Old backups are cleaned up automatically from your Drive so you don't blow past your storage quota.

What happens if a backup fails?+

The dashboard surfaces the latest run status and message for every job so you can see exactly what needs attention — no silent failures.

Ready to protect your data?

Stay prepared. Don't wait for data loss to take backups seriously.
